Gorgias offers an extensive product that helps DTC companies (Shopify, and other online e-commerce businesses) with support and live chat throughout their supply chain and delivery, monitoring your socials as well as allowing customers to chat with you on your website.
Unique about Gorgias is its Academy, where they offer Agent training next to regular account setups. You need a subscription in order to access these documents, but the academy content itself is free.

Gorgias Pricing Model
Gorgias’ monthly pricing plans begin at $10 per month for 3 seats with 50 tickets included. The Starter plan includes unlimited channels but is limited in active integrations. All upwards plans include 150 active integrations and up to 500 seats. Tickets outside the plans will cost you $0.36 - $0.40 per ticket. Voice, SMS, and Automation add-ons are also available for a monthly fee.
The following prices are for a monthly subscription and all plans have a 7 day free trial.
Starter: $10 per month (50 tickets)
Basic: $60 per month (300 tickets)
Pro: $360 per month (2,000 tickets)
Advanced: $900 per month (5,000 tickets)
Custom price quotes for Enterprises are available through sales agents.
