Unique about Gorgias is its Academy, where they offer Agent training next to regular account setups. You need a subscription in order to access these documents, but the academy content itself is free.

Futy is a Dutch provider that mostly targets the local market but has options for English or multilingual widgets. Their website is only available in Dutch, though.
